Mustangs Fall to Jersey Blues
Blue Bell, Pa. � The Montgomery County Community College Mustangs women's basketball team fell to the Brookdale Community College Jersey Blues 37-61.
The teams were off to a pretty even start, tied up at 16-16 half way through the first half. The lead bounced back and forth before the Jersey Blues sent the Mustangs into half time at a 25-22 deficit.
In the second half the Jersey Blues came alive ramping up their lead first to 10 points, then to 15 and eventually winning the game by 24 points.
Alyssa Butcher led the Mustangs in points with 10, followed by teammates Brianna Musselman and Dayna McCrewell with eight apiece.
