Mustangs are Scientifically Proven NOT to be Afraid of Ghosts!

On Tuesday night your Mustangs Men's Basketball team continued their #MontcoMomentum by taking down the Delaware County Community College Phantoms by a score of 87-58! 

Anthony McClinton and Nigel Cooke both led the Mustangs in scoring by each accumulating 16 points. They were followed close behind by Jalen Cary and Will Anderson with 13 and 12 points respectfully. McClinton impressively shot 3 for 3 on his 3 pointers throughout the night! Cooke also led the team in assists garnering 6 throughout the night! Matt Compas, Jalen Cary, McClinton, and Sami Chouiriaf each had 3 assists as well!

Nigel Cooke did work across the court on Tuesday night as he also led the teams in blocks tying Sami Chouiriaf with 1 block a piece. As well as steals as both Cooke and Compas each had 3. Jalen Cary, Anthony McClinton, Sami Chouiriaf and Jay Joseph each had 1 steal as well!

Finally, Jay Joseph led the Mustangs with 6 rebounds, however Will Anderson (5 rebounds), Jalen Cary, and Sami Chouiriaf were close behind with an additional 4 rebounds. Jay Joseph led the Mustangs in offensive rebounds tying both Jalen Cary and Anthony McClinton with 2 total offensive rebounds each.

The Mustangs hit the road and travel to our State Capitol Harrisburg to face off against Harrisburg Area Community College (Men's 1-4 | Women's 0-2), on Thursday February 3rd! Our Women's team will play first in the double header at 5pm followed quickly behind by the Men's game at 7pm!
