Mustangs Earn EPAC Player of the Week

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) has released their players of the week ending November 6th.           

Montgomery County Community College sophomore Will Anderson (Norristown, PA/Norristown H.S.) and freshman Naiya Daisey (Collegeville, PA/PerkiomenValley H.S.) have both earned this week's Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) player of the week honors as announced by the conference Monday afternoon.  

On Saturday November 5^th, Montgomery County men's basketball kicked off their basketball season with a win against Bergen Community College. Sophomore Will Anderson lead his team with a spectacular performance. Anderson scored 23 points, 18 rebounds, and had 2 steals to bring his team to a 1-0 start. The Mustangs will take on Salem Community College on Thursday, November 10^th.    

Montgomery County women's basketball also started their season with a huge victory against Bergen Community College. This victory was led by freshman Naiya Daisey. Daisey utilized her basketball skills and finished the game with 26 points, 7 steals, 2 rebounds, and 6 assists to start the season 1-0. The Mustangs will face the Community College of Philadelphia Lions on Tuesday, November 15^th.
