Bio

Jerome Monroe brings a deep passion for the game and more than 30 years of playing and coaching experience. Most recently, he served as Assistant Coach at Salem Community College, playing a key role in helping the team secure the Region 19 Championship. At Salem, Monroe was instrumental in player development, game analysis, scouting, and program fundraising.

Since 2020, Monroe has also led the Humble Lions AAU Basketball Program, where he serves as head coach and director. His work with the Humble Lions has helped foster a positive and structured environment for young athletes, emphasizing personal growth and teamwork both on and off the court.
