Scranton, PA: The Mustangs men's basketball team took home another conference win Thursday against the Jaguars at Johnson College, 79-61.
The Mustangs came out with a powerful start, ending the first half with a 15 point lead at 45-30.
As for the lead scorers, Sophomore guard Kyle Pavlik (Chalfont/Lansdale Catholic) hit 21 points, with 9 total rebounds. Freshman guard Marvin Crawley (Glenside/ Abington) also dropped 16 points and 12 rebounds. Brenden Watton, freshman forward (Conshohocken/ Plymouth Whitemarsh) also managed to contribute 14 points.
In other news, Freshman guard Carl Robinson (Jenkintown/ Jenkintown) also had 12 rebounds, 4 assists, and 1 block.
The Mustangs move to 7-10 overall and 5-5 in EPAC play. The Mustangs will face off against the Colonials at the Community College of Philadelphia in conference game on Tuesday. Tip-off is 7 PM.
The Mustangs are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIX and the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC).
